Can i pay and download the
product?
Answer:
No the files are too big to be downloaded but after you
have the Pro Design System upgrades can be sent by e-mail.
Do you ship out of the USA?
Answer:
Yes we ship all over the globe as long as everything
is paid for in advance.
Do you have a trial version
i can try?
Answer:
No we do not have a trial version of the program.
We have been selling our templates
sets for $135 for over 3 years now with out ever having
a demo version because all the templates can not be shut
off or locked after so many days.
WithThe Pro Design System it's different because it is
a program but the Toolbar part of it was designed by a
third party that we have entered into an agreement with
to use and sell it co branded. We did all the customizing
and all the programming of the Toolbar to make everything
work in Photoshop and with our templates. We also pay them
a fee for each one we sell for the rights to use it. This
is much like many other programs where the software designer
receives a fee for each one sold.
The complete system is $249
including a set of templates and now we have reduced the
price of extra template sets to only $75 so for everything
we are only charging $55 more then what we did sell just
the templates.
Are your Templates made from
actions/ Seems like it would make more sence just to have
all the templates as actions?
Answer:
We have received the opposite response from our customers
and many people have ordered our templates because they
are not from actions.
A set of 202 8x10 templates
will take up 479M mb of space and now days that’s
not that much.
The advantage is you can open
any view program and look at them to see what you want
to use in place of running an action and then waiting for
it to create the page just to see it.
Also you can just drag the
template you want to use over from most view programs that
support drag and drop right into PS to start using it right
away.
And one of the most important
reasons is many of our templates contain things that can
not be made by a action and you will not have this with
any other program that only uses actions to make each page.
We have many special edge frames and different sized objects
that no other packages offer.
One of our biggest items are
the soft edge templates and we are the only ones offering
this and have been doing so for a long time. Try making
one of them with an action its not so easy making a half
page blend into the background with a action. We also have
many template photo windows that Photoshop can not make.
we made a lot of them in other programs so a PS action
could not make them at all.
By the way our Pro System
uses no actions at all you do not need the actions menu
open or need to load in any actions. But we are working
on some new things that you will have to load a few actions
in so you can tell it ware you want to save files to for
batching images and other new items.
Do i have to take my photo
out of Photoshop
Answer:
No our Pro Design System works 100% in Photoshop.
Our product is not a outside of Photoshop program or interface
like others.
All the work you do will be in Photoshop our Toolbar floats
over Photoshop giving you complete control of all your
designing and editing.
What DPI are the included templates
set at?
Answer:
All our templates are set to 200dpi. At this setting you
can have the highest quality prints made from any good
print house. More dpi is not needed but if you want you
can change the DPI to what ever you want with out any
problems.
Do you offer any Free upgrades?
Answer:
Yes all Pro Design System customers will receive FREE upgrades
to the Toolbar for one year from your purchase date.
Do you offer refunds?
Answer:
No we do not offer refunds on any of our products.
